The rules are simple – add or swap out 1 bottle for another as long as your shipment includes six bottles of our new or current release E11even wines! This is a wonderful benefit to your E11even Club Membership; you have the chance to mix and match your (6) selections to make sure you receive exactly what you want. The winemaker FALL PLAYLIST is (3) each of the two new releases – 2022 E11even Petite Sirah and 2023 E11even Cabernet Franc – if that works for you – you do not need to do a thing but confirm that your shipping information and credit card are correct. BUT if you would like to remove or add any wines from your order (E11even Current Wines), this is the time! We simply want you to LOVE your selections.

Reminder, you can add as many bottles as you like with no extra shipping fees BUT if you build to a case (12 bottles), the shipping is FREE. This is a great way to stock up and save money.

We are thrilled to be releasing the 2022 E11even Petite Sirah crafted to explode with aromas of fresh blackberry, plum, dark chocolate, vanilla, and lavender. On the palate, you will taste mouthwatering tart summer berries, espresso and mocha wrapped in dense velvety tannins.  A not to miss wine! We are proud to grow amazing Cabernet Franc grapes on our very own Estate Vineyard, on an uplifted bench with sandy and gravelly soils, just above the winery in Los Olivos! These grapes are part of our second Fall release — the 2023 E11even Cabernet Franc. Always a favorite the 2023 vintage expresses rich flavors of fresh summer plum, blackberries, crushed gravel, and lilac – enjoy now but will continue to evolve and improve over the next decade!

E11EVEN CLUB — IMPORTANT REMINDERS

1. Log in to the Member Portal
   Navigate to the Member Portal and log in using your email address and password. [forgot password?]

Once logged in, click on your name at the top of the page. You will then be redirected to our secure webstore, which is hosted within the Andrew Murray Vineyards website. Don’t be alarmed—you are in the right place!

2. Confirm your E11EVEN Club choices

• Select CLUB LIST.
• Choose your E11EVEN CLUB.
• Confirm your CLUB CHOICES.

If you are unsure whether you are in the correct place, please refer to the photo below to see what your screen should look like. While you are there, please take a moment to review and confirm the other information in your profile:

• Birthdate (many states now require us to provide this information)
• Billing address
• Shipping address
• Saved credit card information

3. Make any changes before the Charge Date
   All changes must be completed before the CHARGE DATE listed above.

After your club has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation, followed by at least one additional email when your wines ship. If you do not see these emails, please check your Junk/Spam folder.

4. Delivery information
   Shipment deliveries are very important to us! UPS will make three delivery attempts. Please note that a $30 UPS fee applies to any wine that needs to be redirected or reshipped.
5. Pick-up members
   If you are a pick-up member, you may pick up your wines at:

• E11even Tasting Room: Open daily, 11:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Estate Winery: Open daily, 10:30 AM–5:30 PM
